Club Teams

Nottingham IBC has a number of teams that represent the club in local, county and national competitions.
 
Men's team competitions
Denny Cup - Men's national 4-rink competition with 2 rinks at home, 2 away for all rounds prior to the quarter final.
 
First round losers are entered into the Denny Plate (same format - 2 rinks at home, 2 away) competition.
 

Mixed team competitions
Egham - Mixed national 4-rink competition with 2 rinks at home, 2 away for all rounds prior to the quarter final.
 
Each rink must contain 2 men and 2 women.
 
Top Club - Mixed national competition, made up of men's singles, women's singles, pairs, triples and fours.
 
 

Ladies team competitions 
Yetton- Ladies national 4-rink competition with 2 rinks at home, 2 away for all rounds prior to the quarter final.
First round losers are entered into the Yetton Plate competition. Final played at Nottingham IBC
 
Vivienne - Ladies national 4-rink competition with 2 rinks at home, 2 away for all rounds prior to the quarter final. Competition made up of clubs who enter the Yetton.
 
 

Age-restricted team competitions
 
Under 25's - National 2 rink competition for players under 25 years of age, played on a 1 home rink & 1 away rink basis for all rounds prior to the quarter finals.
Quarter-finals and semi-finals are played at a neutral venue and the final at Northampton IBC.
 
Over 60 National Inter-Club Double Rink  - National two rink competition for men over 60 years of age, played on a 1 home rink and 1 away rink basis for all rounds prior to the Semi Finals.
Semi Finals and Final will be played on successive days in February at Northampton IBC.
 
Lingford Trophy - National 2 rink triples competition for ladies under 60 years of age, with both rinks home or away as per the draw for all rounds prior to the quarter finals.
Quarter-finals and semi-finals are played at a neutral venue and the final at Loddon Vale IBC.
 
Mason Trophy - National 2 rink competition for ladies over 60 years of age, with both rinks home or away as per the draw for all rounds prior to the quarter finals.
Quarter-finals and semi-finals are played at a neutral venue and the final at Loddon Vale IBC. Each Club is allowed 2 entries.
 
Juniors - The NIBC junior team competes in the East Midlands Junior Indoor Bowls League and has had mixed success in recent years. Boys and girls under 16 years of age are eligible to play.
